3. To secure reservation you may use major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club or American Express).  You may also hold your villa by sending a check not less than 10 days prior to check-in.  You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
4. All prices are subject to change without prior notice except for confirmed reservations being held with your credit card or check deposit.
5. We do not base our price on the number of people but the size and style of the Villa you desire to accommodate your needs comfortably.
6. We only ask the number in your party so we can place you in a suitable villa.
7. Please reconfirm day of check-in by 6:00 PM.  If later please call 1-207-439-5000 or 1-800-966-8455.

8. If you have any special needs, please let us know when making your reservation.
   
   Deposit Policy:

1. A deposit is required to hold any reservation.
2. Any reservation is subject to price change and availability until the deposit is made.
3. 1 or 2 night stay requires 1 night deposit more than that requires 50% deposit.
4. Payment is preferred in cash, traveler check, or credit card for the balance of stay.
5. Villa confirmation, price and date will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
6. NO deposit will be taken online.  Phone, fax or mail deposits only.

    
Cancellation Policy:

     We realize that sometimes an occasion will arise making it impossible for you to meet your reservation obligation with us, if that should occur please notify us within 72 hours for an overnight stay and 7 days prior to a week or longer stay.  In case of last minute cancellation and we are able to rent your villa, we will not charge you for your reservation.  However, if you reserved for a longer stay, you must realized that if we can only rent part of your reserved time we will have to charge you the balance.  Fortunately, we don't run into this very often.

Additional Information:

1. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and remember our check-out time is 11:00 am as we need time to prepare for our next guest.
2. Well behaved dogs are allowed for overnight stay only as long as they are Not Left Unattended in your villa, are put on a leash and you scoop your own poop.
3. Our guests each have their own parking space next to each villa.
4. We have ample parking for your guests in our designated parking lots.
5. We are not a party place, so if you are coming to party and create a disturbance for others please Don't bother making a reservation. 
6. We have a fax machine and photocopy machine available at the office.
7. If you have any special needs please contact the office at a reasonable hour and we will gladly make any attempt to comply with your wishes.
